Quartz (Silica Ramming Mass or Acidic RammingMass)
Quartz is a chemical compound consisting of one part silicon and two parts oxygen. It is silicon dioxide (SiO2). It is the most abundant mineral found at Earth’s surface, and its unique properties make it one of the most useful natural substances.
We produce ramming mass using good quality quartz having very high purity SiO2 of around 98.5% to 92.5%. The produces are free from impurities and contains exact composition for yielding temperature of around 1700 – 1750°C. High purity silica yields more lining life. It also results in considerable uniformity in physical properties.
Granulometric composition of commercial silica ramming mass;
4 mm – 1 mm: 33%
1 mm – 0.20 mm: 30%
0.02 mm – 0.60 mm: 17%
0.06 mm and below: 20%

Quartz Powder (Silica Powder)
We manufacture quality quartz powder in different grades for various Industrial uses. We are producing Grade A quartz powder with high brightness of around 98% and high whiteness of 95% plus with confirmation of product quality through Rasin test in all the lots produced.
